Marquis Hardamon – Elite Personal Trainer

Marquis Hardamon – Elite Personal Trainer – Hello! I’m Marquis. I’ve been a personal trainer in Richmond for about 2 years now. Originally from Alabama, I attended Auburn University and received my Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Activity and Health. It is here where my fitness journey began.

I was working out on and off my freshman year at Auburn. I honestly hated working out. Even in high school for basketball, I hated it. I was in the beginning stages of taking it seriously when COVID hit. I had made great progress when I was forced to stay at home and do these “at home workouts” that weren’t really working for me. Once gyms opened back up, I was 110% in and I haven’t looked back.

I began my personal trainer career at the YMCA where I still am today. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and have helped them see tremendous progress in their fitness journey. One of my clients now works out on his own along with working out with me. That’s one of my favorite accomplishments because when he first started working with me, he also had trouble finding the motivation to get in the gym by himself.

I have a few different specializations through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), including performance exercise, corrective exercise, and nutrition. I am very versatile and have a wide range of expertise, but gaining strength and working on nutrition are my main specialties. Also being a former athlete, I have some knowledge in athletic performance as well.

No matter whether you’re a young athlete looking to increase your vertical or just someone looking to get stronger and lose some pounds, I have the knowledge and experience to help you reach whatever goal you have set.

Scott Taylor – Personal Trainer & Performance Enhancement Coach

Scott Taylor – Personal Trainer/Performance Enhancement Coach – With over 7 years personal training busy professionals of all walks of life, I’ve noticed it is hard leading a successful career and maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. Especially when you add family/kids into the mix.

Most people aren’t able to stick to a diet to lose any weight(let alone keep it off if they did lose it), or a workout regimen to put on muscle tone. This is mainly due to the fact that we introduce such a drastic change in the foods we eat and training regimen we take part in; that it becomes extremely unsustainable short and long term for people.

This is why I focus on MOLDING HEALTH AND FITNESS TO YOUR LIFE INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY AROUND! That way, it’s a lot easier to succeed whether your goal is to lose a few pounds or build a nice toned physique. It’s a lot easier losing weight and building muscle eating the foods you are used too on a regular basis. It’s a lot easier getting a workout plan that molds around your busy schedule(and not trying to fit your schedule around your fitness).

Stop trying to fit a square peg into a round hole when it comes to your health and fitness. Find a nutrition and fitness regimen that fits into YOUR ALREADY ESTABLISHED LIFESTYLE!

✅With my specific style of coaching, most people I work with tend to lose 8-10lbs a month on average(with my most recent clients losing 5-9lbs in 2 weeks!). Additionally, ALL are able to keep their weight off long term! ALL WHILE ENJOYING THEIR FAVORITE FOODS EVERY DAY!

✅Also with my coaching, people see consistent strength and muscle growth every month despite how busy their schedule is on a week-week basis!

🎆Don’t let your Career/Personal life hold you back from the health and body of your dreams. Reach out to me and we can solve this problem…… PERMANENTLY!

Shaheedra Mixon – NASM Certified Personal Trainer in Richmond

My name is Shaheedra Mixon. I’m a mother, a wife and a fitness professional. I started my fitness journey four years ago and haven’t looked back since. This journey comes with challenges and rewards. Being able to move is a blessing in itself and is essential for physical and mental regulation and balance. Experiencing the emotional tole and isolation throughout covid and then experiencing the heavy emotional trauma of postpartum depression practicing fitness has been a healthy way to cope with life’s anxieties for me. I love working with women not only because we share common struggles but because all women have and inner strength and an amazing ability to cope and adapt. I love helping them identify that strength and tap into it in a way they never have before.
