Hi! My name is Tiff and I am a personal trainer who specializes in strength training, weight loss, toning and conditioning. I have been involved in health and fitness for over 5 years. Throughout my journey I have come to understand the importance of having a tailored program that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I am here to support and supply your needs!
At Self Made Training Facility in Chino Hills, I provide a range of services from private training, group classes, diet and nutrition advice, accountability and sports-specific conditioning. I am passionate about helping my clients develop and achieve their goals, be it a combination of increased muscle mass, improved physical performance, strengthening, toning or weight loss.
My wellbeing and training methods are based on scientific principles which include circuit training, weight training, and cardiovascular training. I also provide support to ensure that my clients have the right mental attitude to stay positive and motivated throughout the process.
In my sessions, I aim to give detailed attention to each of my clients while also challenging them to reach their goal levels and objectives in the most efficient way possible. I am committed to providing realistic yet achievable fitness goals tailored to each individual’s needs.
I have worked with clients of all ages and experience levels including beginners and more advanced athletes. Each of my sessions are designed to ensure maximum results in minimal time while ensuring the client enjoys the process. The best way to develop better life habits, is to show you from my own personal experience that health and fitness does not have to feel like a chore.
